North Square Investments, LLC (“North Square” or the “Firm”) considers your privacy our utmost concern. This notice sets forth the Firm’s policies with respect to nonpublic personal information of prospective investors, current and former investors (“Investors”). Sub-advisors (with respect to their clients) to North Square Funds and Investors may provide the Firm with personal information including address, contact information, social security or tax identification number, assets, income and/or banking information. Situations where the Firm may receive such information include:
- (i) in Management Agreements and related documents,
- (ii) in correspondence and conversations with the Firm,
- (iii) through transactions with the Firm for services provided by the Firm, and
- (iv) through inquiries made by mail, email, telephone, or web site.
The Firm maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect nonpublic personal information. The Firm will not disclose any of this personal information to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. For example, it may be necessary, under anti-money laundering and similar laws, to disclose information about prospective investors or current or former investors in connection with anti-money laundering and OFAC compliance efforts. Additionally, some information could potentially be shared with certain service providers to the Firm in order to conduct our everyday business activities. These companies will use this information only for the services for which we hired them and are not permitted to use or share this information for any other purpose. The Firm also may release information to complete transactions and to provide administrative services as needed. North Square does not share personal information for marketing purposes.
