Alan E. Molotsky, JD, CPA

Alan Molotsky is CFO and General Counsel of North Square Investments.

Alan’s most recent leadership role was at Oak Ridge Investments, where he was responsible for the firm’s financial management, regulatory compliance and legal functions as well as key areas of firm operations.

Prior, Alan spent more than 23 years in private law practice focusing on all aspects of corporate, partnership and business law and gaining experience in federal securities law for both public and private companies. Alan was a founding partner of the law firm of Hogan Marren, Ltd. and, before that, was a partner at the national law firm now known as Katten Muchin Rosenman.

Alan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois with a major in economics. He went on to earn his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law. In addition, Alan received a Masters of Management degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
