Mark D. Goodwin

Mark Goodwin is a founding member of North Square Investments and has served as CEO since the firm’s launch in July 2018.

Mark is a proven investment-industry professional with strong global relationships and experience driving business growth across markets, channels and asset classes.

Prior to North Square, Mark served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Oak Ridge Investments. Overseeing corporate development, Mark’s responsibilities included expanding the firm’s product line-up and identifying new distribution opportunities.

Mark also spent 17 years at Pioneer Investments, serving as Chief Operating Officer as well Chief Financial Officer. He began his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young, serving clients across a variety of industries. Additionally, he has held management positions at MITRE Corp. and Putnam Investments.

Mark received his B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) from Merrimack College and a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from Bentley University.
