The investment objective of the North Square Altrinsic International Equity Fund is to provide long-term growth of capital.
The Fund seeks to provide long-term growth of capital by investing at least 80% of the Fund’s net assets in non-US equity securities of companies from at least three countries other than the United States. These countries may include emerging market countries, including but not limited to those considered to be developing by the World Bank.
